Alesha Dixon has admitted that she got so excited about the dance routine of Twist And Pulse Dance Company on a recent Britain’s Got Talent live show, that she managed to badly bruise her legs.

The former Strictly Come Dancing judge was so moved by their energetic routine and a short sample of one of her songs from her Mis-Teeq days, that she jumped up to dance and banged her thighs off the judges tabel.

The marks had to be covered with makeup the next day.

She told ITV.com:

“I loved Twist and Pulse. I have two massive bruises on my thighs because of those guys. They sneakily slipped a Mis-Teeq into their performance. This caused me to manically jump up from my seat, hitting my legs on the table. I forgot about the flipping table! Yesterday, my make-up artist spent 15 minutes covering up my bruises. Ouch.”

Dixon also admitted that she loves dog act Ashleigh and Pudsey and thinks the pooch has a tendency to be a little diva.

The brunette beauty said that the dog loves having his picture taken and giggled:

“I laughed out loud when I saw the paparazzi photos of Pudsey taking a leak outside the studios. I love him; he’s such a little poseur. I think he’s a little diva. I bonded with David and Simon over puppies; we’re all doolally for dogs.”

Britain’s Got Talent returns at 7.30 tonight for it’s grand finale. We already know ten of the acts on the lineup, however one more ‘wildcard’ has been chosen by the judges and will be announced live this evening.
