Britain’s Got Talent deliberation day, Simon Cowell goes veggie & David Walliams and Alesha Dixon pose as Amanda Holden faces backlash

As the Britain’s Got Talent hopeful acts anxiously await their verdict, the judges and presenters seem preoccupied by many other things.

At the weekend’s deliberation day, where the successful acts for the ITV live shows are chosen, Ant and Dec spent their evening dressing up in funny clothes and tweeting their fans the results. They admitted they were a bit drunk.

David Walliams was really interested in the view from the judges room and kept taking pictures. Later also posting a nice snap of him and Alesha Dixon.

Meanwhile, Simon Cowell told the Sun he’d gone vegetarian.

He said:

“I have cut red meat out of my diet for three weeks. I feel better, I don’t feel that I am in a bad mood so much.I like home cooking, I can cook salads.”

I might be wrong there, but I thought he’d been a vegetarian for years? He said so in one of the early Britain’s Got Talent series.

Anyway. The same Sun has brought Amanda Holden a major bit of backlash today. People are angry she sold her story even more so as she has shown the face of her child on the cover of the paper. Something her friends (including David) were not allowed to do and recently a number were ordered to remove pictures of the tot from their Twitter, as she wanted to protect her daughter.

Most people tweeted her to tell her they think she’s a hypocrite. Bad move??

The second day of the Britain’s Got Talent deliberation process is starting and Dec tweeted to tell fans:

“today, judges decide on and reveal the semi finalists. On our way to chat to the acts, maybe a quick haircut first..”

Hopefully they have better luck today!
