Britain’s Got Talent: Don’t Judge Susan Boyle!

Unreality TV was lucky enough to get an advanced preview of this Saturday’s Britain’s Got Talent launch show today. The third series of the talent show kicks off on ITV this Saturday night and undoubtedly contains some of the best audition footage we have seen yet.
The most stand out audition of the show was that of 47 year old Susan Boyle. Susan first appeared with Ant and Dec declaring that she is a single woman who lives with her cat. Not only has she never been married but she also admitted that she had never even been kissed. Susan looked like your typical batty old aunt, gold dress and all and when she walked on to stage you could just feel the scorn of the audience. Simon Cowell didn’t look too hopeful when Susan said she wanted to be a professional singer like Elaine Paige and when she said she would be singing ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ from Les Miserables.
But then Susan sang and the amazement of the crowd was clear. It was the type of audition that makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck and the tears well in your eyes, it certainly had that effect on Amanda Holden. Piers Morgan called the performance stunning and Simon told Susan she was a little tiger. She seemed a bit baffled by the description.
Find out what Susan’s fate was on Saturday 11th April 7:45pm – ITV1

Her voice is simply incredible.
I do hope the fame doesn’t go to her head; there are rumors she is considering plastic surgery! Part of her charm is her natural beauty. . .
Susan, if there is any truth in the rumour that you are considering plastic surgery, please dont! Just lose a little weight and get into shape with exercise. Your natural beauty is perfect so keep it – no point in trying to look younger than you are. And do let us know when we might expect CD or DVD
