George Sampson may have won Britain’s Got Talent last Saturday night, but it has emerged that doctors have told him that he needs to stop dancing or he may end up crippled with pain.

George was diagnosed with a serious spine condition Scheuermann’s disease which has already caused him to go temporarily blind in one eye.

‘The doctors have said it’s not great for him to be breakdancing, especially landing so hard on his back,’ said George’s mum Lesley.

But the 14 year old is determined to keep on dancing.

‘There’s no way I’d ever give up dancing,’ said George to The Sun.

‘Nothing would stop me.’
