Britain’s Got Talent: Jamie Pugh VS Susan Boyle

Britain’s Got Talent bosses are said to be tipping pizza delivery driver Jamie Pugh as Susan Boyle’s major competition.

Jamie wowed on tonight’s show with his version of Bring Him Home from Les Miserables, winning praise from all three judges on the panel.

An insider told the Daily Star: “People have dismissed this as a one-horse race but Jamie proves this isn’t the case.

“He was incredibly nervous but has a fabulous voice. He gave a real tearjerking performance. Like Susan he’s just an ordinary person with an incredible talent.”

WOW! This man is amazing. I’m amused by the Susan Boyle story and she will benefit hugely from BGT but this man .. he is even better than Paul Potts.

Could listen to him all day :-)

Now as Simon Says, time to get just a smidgen more confidence and he’s the complete package.

Lovely voice and with confidence will do well. Hope he starts believing in himself before the next stage. Did not think he was better than Paul Potts but I do think he was better than Susan Boyle.

There is a lovely quality to his voice, and whilst I liked Susan very much
this man has much more passion and raw talent…and I believe he will realize
more of his talent and we will see some truly stunning performances.

I loved Susan Boyle’s performance and was blown away. However, I am grateful now that I am not a judge in this contest, because nothing has moved me as much as this performance. The dance act, Diversity, was also awesome, but this down right cut to my soul. Such talent and humility. I do hope he gets over his stage fright, but I hope he remains humble, as it adds to his performance so much. I wish them all well. I just wish I lived where I could watch the entire shows.
