Simon Cowell has offered Britain’s Got Talent winner, Paul Potts, a million pound recording contract with his record label, Syco.

The 36 year old opera singer and former mobile phone salesman will begin recodring his debut record next week.

Potts said: “I’m over the moon – I can’t believe any of this. Simon’s been true to his word and this has given me the most amazing opportunity. None of this has sunk in yet.”
