Britain’s Got Talent: Phil Blackmore Reaches Semi Finals

Phil has worked in the entertainment business all his life. Ever since he was a kid he dreamed of being a world class entertainer. It started off with him wanting to be a clown then it progressed into experimenting with magic. In his teenage years Phil attended a juggling workshop every week- his love for juggling then stayed with him for the rest of his life.

Phil worked as a redcoat and entertained residents at old people’s homes for many years. He then went on to become a street entertainer at Chessington.

After years of crappy jobs he decided to set up his own show and tour round Britain. His act consists of mainly juggling and balancing acts and he spiced it up by using chainsaw’s and knifes. He’s always worked alone as he feels women assistants make the act look cheesy and cheap. The main market he works for is holiday camps and private functions.

The chainsaw and balancing act that he is going to be performing to was created 4 years ago and is one of the main parts of his show.
