In tomorrow night’s Britain’s Got Talent we will be treated to a belly dancing display! Having only ever performed in restaurants, 19 yr old Sophie would love to shimmy her way to the Royal Variety.
As Sophie explains to a very thrilled looking Ant & Dec, “I’m going to be belly dancing. I’ve always loved dancing but I’ve never been that comfortable with it, and then I saw some belly dancers and I found out my curves could be useful for once”.
As Sophie walks out on stage she certainly has pricked Simon’s attention with Amanda asking, “Is it a yes or no Simon”, before she’s even performed. Shimmying her way across the stage Dec and Simon are more than transfixed on Sophie’s curves, with Dec giving her a huge round of applause when she finishes.
And Piers is impressed, “the thing about belly dancers is the ones I have seen most don’t have the right belly for it so nothing wobbles in the right way, but your wiggle is very good, you have a great belly for belly dancing, I thought it was bloody marvellous”. As well as brightening up Simon and Dec’s day has Sophie just wiggled her way through to the next round?

i watched sofie dancing on the show last night,,very good,,,does anyone know anything about the music she was playing? artist,title,,,album? or how i can contact her or the show to find out,,,,,,,,many thanks,
Go and see some proffesional bellydancers, Sofie was good but i think still at a begginer level! But hope she does well.
