Britain’s Got Talent: Spellbound are bookies favourite to win

Bookies have placed acrobatic gymnasts Spellbound as the favourites to win the 2010 series of Britain’s Got Talent.

The acrobatic gymnasts wowed judges on Saturday night’s show with their daring routine. Amanda Holden described the group’s performance as “faultless”, while Piers Morgan talked about “this thrilling conclusion that had this whole theatre going crazy” (video here).

Bookies are now offering odds of just 4/1 on the team winning the show and David Williams of Ladbrokes told The Sun: “It’s going to take something really special to topple Spelbound.

“They are far and away the most popular act we’ve seen in the series so far.”

Bodypopper Tobias Mead and Tina with her dancing dog Chandi are both quoted at 10/1, while singing accountant Christopher Stone and Chloe Hickinbottom are together on 12/1.
