Connie Talbot To Win Britain’s got Talent?
Bookies all over the UK are tipping that 6 year old singing senations, Connie Talbot will win this years series of TV show, Britain’s Got Talent.
The young girls amazing rendition of ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ even impressed seasoned judge Simon Cowell, who declared:
“You were fantastic — pitch perfect.”
Paddy Power make Connie their 2/1 favourite, with William Hill offering 3/1.
And Power gives odds of 12/1 for Connie to have the Christmas No1, and 50/1 to win X-Factor in 2017, the first year she will be old enough.

Wouldnt it be a refreshing change for the Royal Variety show to be completely different this year, and instead of famous people performing, have a whole show featuring all these acts that have made it through the first stage.The royals must be so bored watching all the well known stars and their capabilities.Im sure the Royals would sit up and be more amused by all this new unknown talent,give the members of the public a chance to show what they can do!

Paul Potts was truly amazing, I do believe i misted over! Madge wannabe however had me howling, wasns’t she supposed to to teach hip hop at local youth centre? Reminded me of my aunty Mable at a recent wedding.. not going to mention her looks (sniggers)but her dance moves left me speechless

IIMON thought little connie was brilliant.I believe Simon Cowell should bring out a talent show for the children that are under Fifteen.As there is alot of Children out there just waiting to be heard. like Connie ,She is my favourite to win,may god be with this little girl through this show

Can you sing like that !!!!! The little girl is 6yrs old and sings like an angel, to say she has no talent is a grave understanding of the situation she is in, could you go on stage and sing in front of Simon Cowel…..she did, and she’s a winner through and through, she entertained me and I’m a 40 yr old man that had a tear in his eye, SHE WAS AMZING.

I hope CONNIE wins as for crew 82 there good but nowhere near as good as beardyman at what they do he is the best beatboxer anywhere.

Connie was awful tonight, flat most of the time and faltering. Good for a six year old, even so, but nowhere near deserving to be put through to the final ahead of some of the others. Very disappointed.

Connie got a voice of a angel,she’so sweet too.To stand there and sing in front of everyone,is out of this world for a 6 year old.Everyone was so quite you could here a pin drop,so they could not miss every word she sang.And what a star in the making,you will always remember where you heard and saw her sing.As she grows i hope she carries on singing,because she was born to sing.I hope she wins because the queen will love her,and so will everyone else there.

Okay, yeah Connie has got a lot of talent and I won’t fault her for that and I wont put her down on the basis that I know full well I can’t sing like she can but as also quoted by Sarah, she was flat and faultering. She can sing but then again, so can Paul Potts; he can REALLY sing yet people want to vote for Connie whether they might not realise it but because she’ cute [i.e the missing teeth), sweet and is 6 years old and can sing moderately well. Just because Paul Potts is an adult why should Connie be voted over him?
He is by FAR a more talented individual. Does he, or does he NOT make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up on end when he sings..? So what, Isn't that like.. Ageism? [voting Connie because shes a 6 year old who can moderately well/ extraordinalrily for a girl of her age and not someone like Paul just because shes cute i mean]
anyway, I’d actually like people to THINK about who they vote for, and really think about who Connie’s up against; and is she truly the best there, worthy of your vote?

I was so shocked when i watch today only to see her loose, I have read some of the comments above and as far as i can say for a 6 year old she is something words cant say but good and if she keeps it up i am sure she will have a job with her singing

what a shitty result connie talbot should of won that. she has the voice of an angel and at 6 years old. oh my god. her singing was outstanding. she made me cry when she sang she is amazing. i would love to see her on tv singin more. that was a right rip off she didnt win. im gutted

I find it quite irritating that most people think that Paul should have won because of his way of singing. Not true! How many Opera singer are there in the UK and all over, i’ll tell you, TOO MANY.
Since i heard Paul on Thursday, i knew he would make an impression on the judges, unlike the rest. I thought Connie was spot on reguardless of how cute she looked and how she sounded when she wasn’t singing, i think thats typical of the public to see that way. If the public were good enough to see past the Connies cutness and smiles then she would have won. Why not give the Variety of performers a change instead of the boring Operea singers that come along every year. Its annoying…!

You know what, Connie Talbot hasn’t had ANY lessons what so ever but Paul won eight grand on Michael Barrymore’s That Kind Of Music and he’s paid people to train his voice - so UNFAIR!
