Flawless & Shaun Smith Through To Saturday’s Final
Flawless and Shaun Smith have triumphed on tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent semi-final and will perform again on Saturday night’s final.
It was hardly surprising that Flawless achieved the highest amount of public votes. They were the last act to perform, which seems to guarantee success and most of the other acts tonight were complete and utter crap.
After the results of the public vote was revealed and the judges were forced to decide between ventriloquist Gareth Oliver and singer Shaun Smith. They had all gushed about Shaun’s amazing performance so it was no surprise that he went through to the final. I’m not sure he deserved it though. Better singers have got kicked off X Factor at bootcamp stage.
Who were you backing tonight and more importantly, who do you think will win on Saturday night?

I would have voted for gareth…the x-factor is for singers in my opinion, and i thought that although shaun was good, better have been voted off at boot camp. Flawless were great! But the song they used at the very start of the act tonight is doing my head in, great song but does anyone know what it is?!

Its a competition for variety not X-factor / Pop Idol .Yes Shaun sang well but he was singing at the wrong contest programme . I do believe Gareth should of gone through he was a variety show performer which is what the shows about?
gareth definately deserved to go through. he was amazing and sooo entertaining, i was litterally laughing out loud while he was performing. shaun was a very meh singer, and tbh im really bored of singing.
seriously wanted some variety in the finals, and wanted to see what gareth could achieve when pushed even harder.
so far for BGT we have had a singer, and a dancer… plz lets have some variety!!!! THIS ISNT XFACTOR!!

Everyone is forgetting DJ Talent!!! What a performance! To be honest, I prefer him to Susan Boyle or Shaun Smith etc – so funny and catchy. Hate it that he was put on first, because the first people have never got through(bar diversity)
