BACKGROUND:
Julian has been playing the tenor sax since he was 14. He had a couple of lessons at school to learn the basics before teaching himself from there. He is currently a saxophone and clarinet teacher although he used to also teach the bassoon. He teaches every weekend. He plays crossover classical music similar to Il Divo.
He has been working for years to become successful and has performed at pubs and restaurants in and around Birmingham. He would love to play larger arenas including theatres, and wants to be the centre of attention where everyone is focused on him.
When he plays in restaurants due to the hustle and noise Julian feels he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves. He started playing on a regular saxophone and has progressed to a tenor sax over the past 15 years. He decided to play the tenor sax as it’s a unique instrument. His main influence is Kenny G and would love to be as well known.

Sorry I did get a little “hot under the collar” but I just so prefer fair play whenever possible.
In conclusion, I hope this guy does go far in the Music business.
My only concern is that they (the music moguls) will treat him well and always be honest in their dealings with him – to the obvious benefit of the general public.
Nice to chat anyway, I hope I was of some help, although maybe too forceful in my argument.

Regrettably Phil & Richard are correct Katie although this does not prevent me loving his music nor does it detract from his talent – only wish I could play like that!! The reason Amazon did not show the chill product is that the name “JOOLS” is actually spelt with a “Z” i.e. JOOLZ GIANNI.

We are running a charity talent competition in Wolverhampton, with all proceeds going to the local children’s charity, Promise Dreams. The final is at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton on 20th June. I can`t stop listening to the lovely Julian playing his SAX which along with the harp is my favourite instument. I`d love to see Julian play and he is just a lovely humble man with a beautiful soul (very rare these days) and delighted to see that he has a beautiful wife and family. I wish you all the luck in the world and will be looking out for your C.D`s and gigs in the future. Just beautiful Julian, the music comes right from your soul, and boy, does it show! In a world of manufactured sounds, music, performers, your raw talent, your skill, your endless hours of committment and sheer hard work shone through in a dazzling performance. The recognition you need so much is coming to you in spades my friend, and with it, the benefits you so deserve.

Phil, it’s possible that is exactly what has happened,they were not honest with him,perhaps he’s been badly let down,cheated ? There is a sadness about him.
I think it’s a disgrace the way the media have basically ignored him,yet hyped up many other acts.
pro or amateur, i love Julian and am one of those who fell bad he did not win.

Julian, each time I heard u play, it touched my heart. Your playing has this unique ability to reach out to people and affect them in a strange sort of way…..u dnt need words…..ur music speaks for itself. A brilliant, brilliant performer. I so much wanted you to win and kept telling my husband tht I jus love this guy and I hope he wins. My heart broke when you didnt. I wish you all the best and do hope tht ur brilliance doesnt go unnoticed by the people who matter in the buisness. Wish you loads of luck. And do hope that the journey of success has jus begun for you……

I never appreciated saxophone music before but when I heard ur music, I can’t forget it anymore and searching more of ur music. I opened some youtube sax music but urs is entirely different, it goes to my heart and soul. It’s an incomparable!!!
