Britain’s Got Talent 2012: Poet Clare Washbrook (Poet Boudicca) booed off the stage by audience members!

Clare Washbrook was one of the hopefuls who performed for the Britain’s Got Talent judges, when they held their tryouts in Cardiff last week, however her audition didn’t go quite to plan.

The headmistress from Belper, in Derbyshire, England describes herself as a poet and tried to recite two of her self penned creations for Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams on January 29. However, the crowd reacted so negatively and she got booed so loudly, that she only got through the first part of her performance.

Britain’s Got Talent 2012: Come Dine With Me’s Marcello Marino’s audition involved giving Simon Cowell a new hair do!

Simon Cowell is well known for his bad hair. No matter what he seems to do with it, or how he gets it cut, the wiry locks often resemble a black garden hedge, balanced on top of his head….so it was only a matter of time before someone tried to put it right.

It has been reported that at last week’s Britain’s Got Talent auditions in Cardiff, hair stylist Marcello Marino showed up and for his tryout, said he was going to restyle the music mogul’s hair in 40 seconds.

Carmen Electra to replace Amanda Holden at Britain’s Got Talent 2012 London auditions

Carmen Electra will reportedly be the stand in judge at today’s Britain’s Got Talent auditions.

It has been claimed that the stunning model and actress will stand in for Amanda Holden, when the tryouts hit London’s Hammersmith Apollo this afternoon.

Holden will of course be missing the event, after giving birth to her new baby daughter Hollie Rose only two weeks ago. It was a traumatic labour, which ended with the actress in critical condition for three days and needing multiple blood transfusions. She was only released from hospital late last week and understandably needs a bit longer to recuperate, before returning to her day job.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge is keen to show fans that she is on her way to recovery, after the traumatic birth of her new daughter – baby Hollie Rose – left her in critical condition for three days, two weeks ago.

Amanda Holden to bring newborn baby to Britain’s Got Talent 2012 Edinburgh auditions

Amanda Holden must be desperate to keep her seat on Britain’s Got Talent, as word is she’s ready to rush back to the show, less than a month after giving birth to her second daughter.

The 40 year old actress was rushed into hospital last week and ended up in critical condition for three days, after Hollie Rose was born. However, insiders say that despite only being released from hospital a few days ago, Amanda has already committed to returning to work and will attend next week’s Edinburgh tryouts.

Britain’s Got Talent 2012: Alesha Dixon insists Simon Cowell didn’t poach her!

Alesha Dixon has insisted that Simon Cowell didn’t steal her from BBC bosses but that she left Strictly Come Dancing of her own accord.

The former Strictly winner has hit the headlines recently, after leaving the BBC reality TV show, to join the panel of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent. Show boss Cowell admitted that he loved tempting her away from the non commercial channel, because he feels like they are ‘at war’ over their rival TV shows. However, she has claimed that in the end, the move was her choice alone.

Britain’s Got Talent 2012: David Walliams teases new judge for London auditions – Jedward perhaps?

Even though David Walliams and Simon Cowell both said that they didn’t want any judges standing in for Amanda Holden as she is recovering from her difficult pregnancy and birth, it looks like ITV have gotten their way.

The ITV show moves it’s auditions to the England’s capital city tomorrow and the Little Britain star hinted that there may be a new face joining him, Simon and Alesha Dixon at the judges’ tables.

Kelly Brook thinks Alesha Dixon was wrong to leave Strictly Come Dancing for Britain’s Got Talent

Kelly Brook has hinted that Alesha Dixon may end up regretting her decision to leave Strictly Come Dancing, so she can take up a judges’ role on Britain’s Got Talent.

Brook was hired for the show back in 2009 but fired after only a few days of auditions, reportedly at the request of show hosts Ant and Dec.

The actress and model also took part in Strictly Come Dancing and was partnered by Brendan Cole and told Fabulous magazine that she much preferred the BBC show to it’s ITV rival.

Britain’s Got Talent: David Walliams was told not to make jokes about Simon Cowell and admits “I’d do America’s Got Talent”

David Walliams has revealed that he’s a bit of a homebody and although he admitted that he would like to star in America’s Got Talent, the new Britain’s Got Talent judge confessed that he would not want to make a full time move to The States.

”I’d do America’s Got Talent, but wouldn’t move there,” he admitted, adding:

“I love this country, I love the people. when I swam the Thames it completely reinforced that. I
do feel British. That’s not to say I wouldn’t take an offer to work out there. I just wouldn’t wanna live out there, it’s too crazy. If Simon asked me I’d do it, I’d love to see what American people do out there.”

Britain’s Got Talent 2012: David Walliams “My wife [Lara Stone] doesn’t listen to me on the radio”

During a radio interview yesterday, new Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams told Chris Evans most of his family were listening to the show –except for wife Lara Stone.

He laughed:

“She’ll be in bed. And she probably doesn’t know who you are.”
