Simon Cowell Says Susan Boyle Couldn’t Cope With Losing

Simon Cowell has admitted that the Britain’s Got Talent team could have helped Susan Boyle more during her time on the show.
Simon says that there was a point during the show’s final that he realised Susan had not been at all prepared to lose.
He told The Mirror: “I suddenly realised she didn’t know how to cope with losing. We didn’t handle it well.
“At the crucial point in the final, I looked at her face and thought, ‘Christ, she doesn’t know how to deal with not winning’. It was a bad moment.”
Susan has not appeared on the Britain’s Got Talent tour for four nights running and spent almost a week in The Priory earlier this month due to exhaustion.

This tour is not right for Susan at all, it is too rowdy an audience, all that screaming & shouting (often throughout the performance!) What Susan & her fans would like, is a more relaxed atmosphere, where we can HEAR her sing. I would also love to see some more interaction between her & the audience (in her own querky way of course!) This tour is suppressing her personality, & putting her on edge, causing her STRESS & IT’S WRONG!
She is CONSTANTLY being judged (by the press & the audience) & the competition is over!! It’s no longer three judges now, it’s the whole WORLD, can you begin to imagine what that must feel like?
Susan had previously sang in bars, where it was much more relaxed. I’d rather pay a higher ticket price & see her in a smaller theatre, with others who are there to enjoy HER.
Susan must be a bundle of nerves before she goes on stage in the tour show, not knowing what her reception will be, (some cheer, some boo, some “Chant” etc etc) the noise from the audience at times has been deafening, she would find it difficult to concentrate on the words & the performance, with all that din going on!
Susan can have a fantastic singing career, but she is TOO GOOD for the show that she now finds herself in, the “Nightmare” for her goes on………..

Its not the shows fault if Susan was so full of herself that
she had not considered that she might not win thats being
rather big headed. It was the media that built her up to
be bigger and better than what she is so they are responsible
as well but Susan was wrong to think she would be the winner.
Its not the show that is stressing her out and making her
tired but according to others she has been in the studio all
week working on her album which is why she has dropped out
of shows. Sorry but she shouldn’t be treated any differently
if she cannot cope with audience reactions then perhaps she is
in the wrong business, she did not have any problems during
the BGT programmes. Her problems seem to come on when it suits
if she doen’t like the tour then do the decent thing and drop
completely out so the others know what they are doing and the
producers do not have to keep changing things to cover.

Susan was falling apart, little by little, WAY before the contest ended, and everyone knew it. So don’t make it sound like she just couldn’t handle losing.
People were watching to see if she’d flip while on live TV.
Trudy…….Susan doesn’t have to appear at any of the shows, she was released from that when she ended up in the hospital. And many of the acts have taken time off. The media just isn’t reporting on that.

I think it is obvious, that no one really knows what is going on, it is all “Speculation”.
We cannot believe what we read in the papers!
Trudy, if you are correct, & Susan has been in a recording studio recording her album “All week”, then there’s your answer!!! That’s why she is missing some of the shows!!!……………SIMPLE AS THAT!
Nothing to do with “Hissy Fits” etc…………
For an “Amateur” singer Susan is doing fantastic, & learning to cope very well, you only have to see her performances!
Many other performers in the show are having “Rest Days” & they may NOT be recording albums inbetween!!
I don’t think that Susan is bigheaded at all, I think she really wanted to win BGT so as not to let Scotland down (anyone who enters a competition wants to win it, nothing wrong with that!!)I think that Susan thought that nothing would happen regarding her career IF SHE LOST!! She hadn’t grasped the fact that some of the loosers actually become the BIGGEST WINNERS!!
