Susan Boyle ‘honoured’ to sing on Haiti single
Britain’s Got Talent star Susan Boyle has admitted that she feels ‘honoured’ to have been invited to sing on Simon Cowell’s charity single.
The proceeds of the song will be donated to the victims of the recent Haiti earthquake and at a London recording studio yesterday, Susan told The Mirror:
“It is just awful what is happening in Haiti. I’ve seen some of it on the TV and it’s so sad.
“To be asked to do this with all these talented singers is just great, it’s such an honour. It would be lovely to meet Rod Stewart, being a fellow Scot.”
Also singing on the single will be Mariah Carey, Rod Stewart, Jon Bon Jovi, Leona Lewis, Kylie Minogue and Robbie Williams
