Piers Morgan wont take a pay cut

Britain’s Got Talent judge, Piers Morgan has claimed that he deserves “every penny” of his current ITV contract. He added that he actually thinks he deserves a raise next year.

“I’ve got no problem if they take it away from somebody else who feels guilty about this type of thing, because I have absolutely no guilt issues about my salary whatsoever,” he told The Sun.

“I think it’s time the talent fall back and go, ‘Hang on a second, without us, you don’t have networks’.”

Simon Cowell drops George Samspon

George Sampson DVD

George Sampson has reportedly been dropped by Simon Cowell. Sources claim its because he isn’t marketable but I imagine his public slating of Cowell last week didn’t help his case any.

A source told The Daily Mail: “George just didn’t prove as marketable as Simon had hoped.

“When acts like George win the show, it’s much harder for them to forge a successful and moneyspinning career compared with a singer, like Susan Boyle.”

Sampson recently blasted Cowell and claimed that he owed money to Syco despite a top selling DVD.

Poor little Perri Luc Kiely. His dance group, Diversity, were invited to perform for Prime Minister Gordon Brown yesterday and in the midst of their performance he backflipped, then fell.

Mr Brown looked on in disbelief as the 13 year old collapsed in fits of tears, probably more embarrassed than hurt, and had to be comforted by his team mates.

A spokesman for the group said Perri was “absolutely fine, just a bit shocked”.

Paul Potts Appears On Oprah AGAIN

Forget Susan Boyle and her youtube prowess, the best thing to come out of Britain’s Got Talent was always Paul Potts. Paul wowed audiences throughout the 2007 series of the show and has continued to do the same to audiences all around the world ever since.

Yesterday, Paul was invited to appear on Oprah Winfrey’s chat show for a second time, this time brought back as one of her ‘favourite’ performers. Paul sang the track ‘Memory’ from his latest album ‘Passione’ and was then interviewed by the big O on how life has changed for him over the last two years.

Wonderful, as alway.
