And it’s been a romance that’s weathered more than a few storms, not least of which was caused by the couple’s excessive drinking habits, which provided the fuel for numerous heated fall outs. However, now that Denise and Lincoln have cut out the booze, their lives seem a good deal more settled.

It’s been reported today that footballing legend David Beckham is tipped to appear in the next series of Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother, and punters across the nation are apparently placing bets on it that he will indeed become a housemate!
The Daily Star reports, “The former England football captain was initially given odds of 100-1 to enter the Channel 5 TV house later this year.

Late last year, Celebrity Big Brother star Tina Malone, who of course shot to fame in her role as Mimi on Channel 4 comedy Shameless, announced that she and ‘toyboy’ husband Paul Chase – who’s 19 years her junior – wanted to start a family…
However, as Tina’s 50 years old, they knew the only route was via IVF treatment, which they underwent a few weeks ago in Cyprus.
And yesterday, while appearing on ITV’s This Morning, Tina and Paul were delighted to announce that the treatment worked and that Tina is five weeks pregnant. Read more & comment »
As fans of former Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes will know, she’s been dating Jack Tweed, who of course married another BB star, Jade Goody, just weeks before she died of cervical cancer on Mother’s Day in 2009 aged just 27…
And as we reported a few weeks ago, Chanelle lashed out at Jack on Twitter after he said “Nobody can replace Jade” during a magazine interview.

We perviously reported that Big Brother bosses were unsure if live feed would make a come back when the show returns this summer.
However not only have new presenters Rylan Clark, AJ Odudu and Emma Willis been revealed for spin off show Big Brothers Bit On The Side, but it’s also been confirmed that live feed will return to the Channel 5 show on a nightly basis.
Veteran TV presenter Davina McCall has of course been on our screens for just over 20 years, having begun her career in telly on MTV in 1992…
So inevitably, there have been some shows that she’s presented that she’s less than proud of, but equally, many that she is, in her own words, “fiercely proud of.”

Fans of Celebrity Big Brother will no doubt recall that former EastEnders star Martin Kemp took part in the show last year, finishing in third place while comedian Julian Clary went on to win…
But during his time on the show, Martin gave little hint about the fact that he lives with the knowledge that he might at any time learn that the brain tumours, with which he was diagnosed in 1995, could return and be inoperable.
And in fact, during an interview with Weekend magazine this week, Martin explained that during the last operation to remove the tumours, medics told him there was a portion of one that they couldn’t take out, so consequently, it has to be closely monitored for any potentially dangerous growth. Fans of former EastEnders and Celebrity Big Brother star Natalie Cassidy will no doubt know that she broke off her engagement to Adam Cottrell – who’s the father of her two year old daughter Eliza – after it was alleged he assaulted her…

Fans of Big Brother star Josie Gibson may recall that we recently reported that her grandmother Diane Gibson had been arrested having been “on the run” for12 years.
She was wanted by police for questioning over offences that allegedly related to drugs charges, and this week, 72 year old Diane appeared at Bristol Crown Court to answer the charges. However, the case was adjourned at the request of Gibson’s barrister Giles Nelson in order to allow medical reports to be compiled.
Of his client, Nelson told Judge Michael Longman, “She is using a wheelchair because of heart problems and blood pressure which has affected her mobility.” Read more & comment »
