Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid has taken things a step too far and compared himself to iconic figures like Gandhi and Jesus.

Speaking on This Morning, where he was publicising his new Bravo TV show, Reid said:

“I believe in peace. I don’t want to fight, I want to make love – a bit like Gandhi or Jesus.”

That’s a weird statement for a paid cage fighter don’t you think?

Alex went on to hint that his wife Katie may be pregnant. When asked by Phillip Schofield he laughed ‘maybe’ and boasted that his sperm has “special powers”.
