Celebrity Big Brother bosses are reportedly hoping that housemates Vinnie Jones and Alex Reid will spark off each other on the upcoming series.

The Channel 4 reality TV show launches this Sunday night and producers are said to be hoping that football hardman Jones will take exception to cross dressing cage fighter Reid and will start a battle for the alpha male spot.

A source told The Mirror:

“They will both want to be in charge of the house.

“But there can be only one top dog.

“We are hoping that the showdown will be TV gold and that it will help Celebrity Big Brother go out with a bang.”

The source added: “This series is going to be about the clash of egos. It will be interesting to see who wins. But we know who our money is on – and it’s not Alex!”
