After a caution from OFCOM due to swearing on the Big Brother 7 live eviction shows, Channel 4 bosses have decided to delay the broadcast of tomorrow nights Celebrity Big Brother launch by 15 minutes.

The producers hope that by placing a delay on the show, their editors will be able to cut out any swearing, boob flashing or other celebrity antics before it hits our screens.

Last night a Channel 4 spokeswoman confirmed: “The launch show is being broadcast at 8pm which is of course before the watershed.

“As a result there will be a time delay on the night.

“We are regulated by Ofcom and have to abide by TV guidelines not to cause offence.“
