Celebrity Big Brother 2007: Launch Show Won’t Be Live!

Celebrity Big BrotherAfter a caution from OFCOM due to swearing on the Big Brother 7 live eviction shows, Channel 4 bosses have decided to delay the broadcast of tomorrow nights Celebrity Big Brother launch by 15 minutes.

The producers hope that by placing a delay on the show, their editors will be able to cut out any swearing, boob flashing or other celebrity antics before it hits our screens.

Last night a Channel 4 spokeswoman confirmed: “The launch show is being broadcast at 8pm which is of course before the watershed.

“As a result there will be a time delay on the night.

“We are regulated by Ofcom and have to abide by TV guidelines not to cause offence.“

Did a spokesman from Channel for say they have to abide by guidlines.

I thought you made them up as they went along. I suppose because they are still trying to justify to OFCOM why Nikki went back into the house and why people were voting for me when I was no longer in the competition, that they are being a tad obsequious.

Oh yeh Psychotic Shabbaz caused great offence to all asians and all sane minded citizens , but that didnt stop them sticking him the house for old fashioned bedlam stylee entertainment.

Who is the spokesman for channel four, it wouldnt be Dennis the Menace and Gnasher would it.

The time delay is because they want to edit even more stuff out so busy bodies like the MHF, SANE etc cant scrutinise the programme and complain to you guessed it OFCOM.

The programme was a poor example of a “live show” before, the TWO RONNIES is now more live than this.
