Seems like bathroom conditions were a make or break factor for this January’s Celebrity Big Brother series.

Cliff Richard pulled out after bosses refused to give him a private ensuite and now other stars have stated that they will only appear if there are no cameras and complete privacy in the bathroom.

A source told The Sun: “We’ve worked hard to get fun names for this series.

“But the one thing they have all asked is that no cameras go into the bathrooms — and that the wall is covered up, which we have now done.”

    I’ve enjoyed catching up with the past Celebrity Big Brother shows but am totally bummed that I can’t watch the latest 2009 edition live anywhere on the Internet. I understand that there are copyright laws etc but that should only apply to the UK unless Channel 4 decides to offer VoD to anyone outside the UK.

    What a letdown!
