Celebrity Big Brother producers have changed the hotel which they use to hide the housemates before launch and are said to be desperate to keep the new batch of stars away from the paparazzi and each other!

Bosses of the Channel 4 reality TV show were reportedly planning to use a posh hotel close to the Elstree studios but have now changed their plans and implemented code names for all the participants.

A source told The Sun: “Keeping the celebrities a secret and away from each other is a total nightmare.

“They will ideally meet on screen for the first time. It might be a TV show but it’s run like a military operation.

“The producers want people to gasp when they see the line-up and don’t want them being photographed beforehand.”

I imagine they are also keen to keep Dane Bowers and Alex Reid apart after their recent bust up. Better to save all that tension until the pair are in front of the cameras, don’t you think?
