Celebrity Big Brother 2012: A “Playboy Prince” Coleen Nolan & Martin Kemp going into the house?

As fans of Big Brother will doubtless know, the second of this year’s Celebrity editions of the show kicks off on Wednesday, August 15th and among the latest round of rumours about who’s going in are Loose Women panellist Coleen Nolan, former EastEnders star Martin Kemp, and an as yet mystery “Prince.”

With regard to the possibility of Coleen going into the house – her former Loose Women co-star Denise Welch of course starred in the show earlier this year – the Daily Star reports that the show’s bosses were especially keen to sign her up, hoping that she will confront Vernon Kay’s “phone sex” partner, Rhian Sugden.

The reason being the Coleen is mates with Vernon’s wife Tess Daly, and it’s commonly known that she was furious on her friend’s behalf when the news of Vernon’s ‘affair’ with Rhian went public…

Also tipped to be going into the house is another former EastEnders star – Cheryl Fergison is of course headed into the house – Martin Kemp, who played the role of Steve Owen.

The Sun reports that Martin has been watching the current run of BB, and of, he said, “I’m glued to it.”

And finally, it seems a “playboy Prince” has agreed to go into the house, and apparently, he is an actual royal Prince!

A show insider told the Daily Star, “This is a major coup for us. We fully expect the likes of Kate and William to tune in.”

Other celebs rumoured to be going in are Corrie star Julie Goodyear, comedian Julian Clary, Sex, Lies And Rinsing Guys documentary star Danica Thrall, So Solid Crew’s MC Harvey, Simon Cowell’s ex Jasmine Lennard, and Duane ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ Chapman, if he gets a visa to visit the UK approved in time.

We’ll of course keep you posted on who else may be going in, but for now, who are you most looking forward to seeing in the house?

There are always these rumours going around so we’ll have to wait and see. A few real celebs there with the usual sprinkling of “I once walked the dog of someone who lived near a celeb” nobodies.

The idea of an actual royal going into the house is probably a mistake by the channel – he will only be a minor royal, and most viewers will feel short changed.
I’m looking forward to seeing the Nolan girl, however, I wonder if she will actually confront her nemesis.
I’m interested to see the kemp brother’s comments on his band times, although I doubt if he will throw much into the mix.
I hope Alice and Emma wear much shorter skirts in the BBBOTS shows – I really admire their brains, and I can engage with their looks.

i just hope that if Dog The Bounty Hunter goes in, they actually call him DOG and NOT Duane because it wouldn’t be right…
