The rumour mill is rife at the moment and we’re still no closer to knowing which z-listers will be entering the Celebrity Big Brother house this Friday (January 3).
However, one name that has consistently been linked with the forthcoming series of the reality TV show is N-Dubz’s Dappy and he’s not made our jobs any easier either…
Last week, Dappy pushed out a tweet on his official Twitter account stating that we would be seeing the ‘real him’ soon enough.
Meanwhile, last night the star tweeted that he had ‘signed a dotted line’ – could this be his Celebrity Big Brother contract?
He tweeted: “U know me I keep it 3 hundred I just signed a dotted line and got 3 hundred!!!! (sic)”
Maybe, maybe not, but it was Jamie East’s reply that brightened up our Monday evening.
He replied: “CBB money revealed with wrong emoji no”.
It has been rumoured that Dappy, real name Costadinos Contostavlos is set to sign a £100,000 deal to take part on the show, when it kicks off next month.
A couple of days back, the rapper tweeted: “All ur gonna see is Nothing but the Realness!!!!! Had enough of certain groups of the media painting me out 2 be some vile monster!! #Watch (sic)”.
Other stars linked with the show this year include former boxer Evander Holyfield, TOWIE’s Sam Faiers, Katie Price, Katie Hopkins and Girls Aloud star, Sarah Harding.
But, we’ve been promised that this year’s series is going to be the “bitchiest series yet”.
A show source told the Daily Star: “It’s a cracking group of names…
“Almost all the celebs going in the house are known for being mouthy or controversial.
“The British reality stars they’ve signed up are used to having rows in front of the cameras so they won’t hold back if they’re angry with someone.
“And the American babe isn’t going to care about being unpopular.”
Celebrity Big Brother kicks off on Friday, January 3 on Channel 5.
