This evening, Linda became the fifth housemate to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house and it seemed lil the crowd wants her guts! She had the worst eviction reaction so far this series.
Linda has had such a turbulent time in the house over the past 22 days, especially where Jim Davidson was concerned, but speaking about her time in the house, she said that she’d do it again if she had the chance.
Speaking about her reaction from the crowd, which wasn’t the best, she said: “I haven’t been up for eviction so I can only go on what the housemates think of me. Dappy is devastated that he thinks he made a mistake”
When asked if it is nice to be out, Linda told Emma Willis: “I’d have loved to have stayed in. I’ve loved it, I really have, but that’d what the show is all about”.
“Well, not really. I’ve been lucky that the housemates haven’t put me up for eviction or I may have gone first,” she said about leaving after being up for eviction for the first time.
Speaking about Jim, she added: “It just changes because, look, I don’t want to spend my whole interview talking about Jim. I stand by everything I did in the house and I’m not sure what the public have seen as we’re filmed for 24 hours and you only see 46 minutes. We were fine until Jim had a little drink and then he changed. Jim is a game player, he says one thing to your face and then you hear he’s slagging you off behind your back. The housemates never put me up but Jim has been up every week, that tells you what the housemates think of him.
“You saw 46 minutes, we had great times, I didn’t let it consume my time. Jim went to a low place when we had our argument, and he brought my husband into it and he shouldn’t have done and I defended him. Sometimes, Sorry isn’t enough. I didn’t have 4 or 5 husband’s, I lost my husband as he was taken away from me. He went below the belt… he is disgraceful with the way he talks about Luisa. I’ve never heard a man talk about a 26 year old woman in such a rude way. He’s so underhanded about Luisa. I wasn’t his friend when I came in the house, I’m not his friend when I leave, which doesn’t bother me. I don’t like Jim, but I don’t hate him”.
On Luisa, Linda added: “I had a perception of Luisa and it was that she was very opinionated and loud, but she is also great fun and she has a softer side to her. There’s no two sides to her, she wants to come out as she’s missing Dixie and we had something in common in the way that Jim treated us”.
Ollie noms reaction: “I thought he was going to do a ‘I have a dream’ speech. It was so over the top. MY nomination for Ollie was that, he is great and he’s funny and he looks every everybody, but his opinion is important. Just because you have an opinion it doesn’t mean you have a row. I said to him in the garden that it’s important to have an opinion, but it doesn’t mean you have to be involved in conflict”.
