The Sun is running a story today claiming that Celebrity Big Brother bosses are up in arms as they are excessively censored bu Channel 4 bosses.

Understandably, Channel 4 bigwigs want to avoid any huge controversies this year and as a result are said to be cracking down hard on editors and producers of the nightly reality TV show.

This years Big Brother series features several big personalities and people like Coolio and Tina Malone could easily be at the middle of a rucus. OFCOM are already investigating complaints made about Coolio’s supposed bullying and sexist comments towards female housemates including Michelle Heaton and Mutya Buena. It would seem that as a result, Channel 4 are now putting some careful damage control procedures in place.

Last night a show insider told the newspaper: “Production are having a bit of a tough time because they are being deluged by emails from compliance at Channel 4 over every little thing.

“They are terrified of Coolio being seen as a bully or the series as a whole being in any way controversial. Tina’s rages have also been edited down.”
