This evening, Courtney Stodden has become the sixth celebrity housemate to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Following the ‘Double Trouble’ task earlier in the week, the celebs had to nominate in pairs.. It was revealed that Carol McGiffin, Courtney Stodden, Mario Falcone, Louie Spence and Vicky Entwistle would face the public vote this evening.
Upon exiting the house Courtney received a mixed reaction from the crowd.
In her exit interview with Emma Willis, she said: “To tell you the truth, I’m so proud of myself for making it this far. I came all the way from America and I didn’t think I’d make it this far”.
“I just thought that it’s hard to predict what was going to happen. I definitely didn’t think Dustin or Bruce were going to leave. I’m thrilled and overjoyed and proud of myself” she said.
When asked what it’s like to be out of the house, she said: “It’s refreshing to see other people”.
“I thought that it would be a great experience. I feel I have grown into a woman now. When I went into the house I was only 18 and I have learned so much. I was so glad this was my first time out of the US, it was a great experience” she said when asked why she chose to go into the house.
On Lauren, she explained: “I love people that are different and she isn’t afraid to be herself. I see her for who she is. She felt a connection with me, I had not problem with it. Of course [I’ll stay in touch with Lauren]”.
On Mario, Courtney said: “I’m not attracted to him. I don’t remember it, there was wine and I’m a lightweight. I want to watch the clip and see how I feel.”
“I had a blast, when they wine came out it was the only escape. Me and Carol were fighting over the bottle”.
Courtney went onto say that she enjoyed being independent in the house and she said her experience has been “beautiful”, “stressful” and “crazy”.
