You’ve got that wrong - “Just to clear something up which appeared all over the press today - Jade Goody has not been dropped by the ‘Act Against Bullying’ charity. She was never a representative of that charity. Here is what they have to say…
To tackle the root cause of bullying one must understand the dynamics of group behaviour. Tribalism is an endemic human condition. Quite simply people act in a group quite differently to how they would act individually. And programmes like Celebrity Big Brother are designed to place individuals who have voluntarily entered ‘the game’ as they call it, in just such situations. Jade Goody has never been a spokesperson for this charity. Nor is she a sponsor. She made one donation a year ago and for that we are very grateful.”
Is mutually disliking someone bullying?
I thought that was something we all had to cope with sometimes as part of life.
I haven’t been watching CBB so don’t claim to be fully versed on this subject.
What exactly has been said that’s racist or bullying?
