After last night’s eviction of Georgia Salpa, the Celebrity Big Brother housemates were faced with yet another surprise.

The group were told that they would have to take part in live nominations, where they would have to choose two of their fellow housemates to nominate for eviction, in front of the rest of the celebrities.

One by one the embarrassed looking stars stood, picked two of their so called friends and gave their reasons for why they wanted them to leave. In the end it seems that most of the housemates wanted Michael Madsen and the twins to be next out, with the American stars getting six votes each.

Denise Welch wanted rid of Michael because of the constant tension and arguing between them and many of the group felt the rows weren’t good for the atmosphere, however some just wanted the actor to be reunited with his family, who he misses so much.

When it came to the twins, the general consensus seemed to be that everyone was a little annoyed by how they had closed themselves off and isolated themselves with fellow model Georgia Salpa for the last week.

Here are all the housemates nominations and reasons for choosing who they did:

Denise:

I nominate Michael and the twins. I am nominating Michael because the constant arguing between us is causing an atmosphere in the house and I don’t want to be party to that. I’m nominating the twins because they’re beautiful, successful, got a brilliant career but they’re from a different world from me.

Twins:

Kirk and Natalie. Natalie because we don’t talk to her that much and Kirk because of the recent argument we just had.

Natalie:

I am going for Michael and the twins. I am nominating Michael because his moods blow hot and cold sometimes and today in our challenge he decided not to take part and I think we should be a team and make an effort to be a team. I am nominating the twins because once again I feel their relationship with Georgia has meant that I don’t know them very well.

Michael:

Denise and Nicola. I can’t stand another minute in this house with Denise, I am not the source of this argument…she is. I feel she is emotionally disturbed and like she said it’s either me or her. Nicola, I know she wants to leave as badly as I do. We both miss our families terribly and every time I see her emotional about leaving, it only makes it worse for me.

Romeo:

Frankie and Michael. I voted for Frankie because the way he talks about women sometimes can be slightly overboard and I’ve got daughters myself and it makes it a bit difficult to take sometimes. At first it was cool but now it’s getting a bit much. I voted for Michael because I feel that the slight unbalance in the house, sometimes it could be handled just a little bit better. It makes the energy in the house a bit uneasy and hard to deal with sometimes.

Frankie:

I’m nominating the twins because if I didn’t start a conversation with them, they wouldn’t start one with me and I have no reason to vote for Romeo but I thought nobody else would, so I thought f*ck it.

Kirk:

The first one is Michael, because the only time I see him smile is when he is talking about his kids so I want you to be with your kids. The second one is the twins because we don’t see eye to eye as much as everyone else in the house.

Nicola:

I’m going with Michael for exactly the same reasons as what he said to me. When I look at Michael he reminds me of home, because I know what a good family man he is and if either of us went it wouldn’t be a bad thing. I am nominating the twins which I feel awful about, because I love them. But the fact of the matter is that they isolated themselves with Georgia and sometimes it was really uncomfortable to talk to them when they were with Georgia, because me and Georgia didn’t see eye to eye but I am hoping that not Georgia’s gone me and the twins can get closer.

Gareth:

My first nomination is the twins. I am sorry girls but when you were with Georgia, I found it really hard to get to know you. The second one is Michael and purely just because I want him to see his family. I look at the guy and I respect the guy and not just for his movies or anything to do with that but the little I have got to know him, I know he is a man with values an honorable guy. I want him to walk out of here with his values intact…so that his sons can be proud of him. The more he is in the house, I feel he is going to do things that he doesn’t want to do and the less proud he is going to be when he leaves here.

However, in the end the nominations process was almost pointless, as afterwards Big Brother announced that the whole house (with the exception of Gareth) was now facing eviction, as they had all received one vote or more.
