Celebrity Big Brother housemate Nicola T is said to have agreed to appear on the reality TV show, so that she could clear her £35,000 worth of credit card debts.

A friend of Nicola’s told The Mirror that since her modeling work dried up, the former page three girl has found it hard to survive on her meagre WAG’s allowance.

The pal said:

“Nic earned lots as a model but since she met Simon that has stopped.”

Nicola reportedly told the same pal: “I’m almost skint. I’ve just been treating my cards like they are cash but not realising I am not earning what I once did. It must look like I have money as I live in a nice house but that’s all Simon.

“I want to clear my debts and that is the reason I am going in. I want to start married life with Simon as an equal.”

Nicola is rumoured to have earned £50,000 from Big Brother and will no doubt rake it in from magazine deals afterwards. That should put her in a better position to start life as a married woman, call it a dowry if you will.
