Celebrity Big Brother: Shilpa Shetty Won’t Be Doing Reunion Show With Jade Goody
Shilpa Shetty has quashed rumours that she would be doing a reunion show with Jade Goody and the other girls from the Celebrity Big brother house.
She told Reveal: “I am no Samaritan – I’m just human. I anyone thinks I can resurrect somebody’s career or character, they’re wrong, it’s just not possible for me to do.�
“If I need to speak to Jade, I don’t need to do it as a publicity stunt – I’ll do it in private, between ourselves.�
She added: “I haven’t heard from any of the girls since leaving the house. They haven’t tried to contact me. I think at the moment they are probably too ashamed to face me.�

It is so annoying where Shilpa takes no responsibility for anything. She started the chicken cube fight by carrying on about the girls using HER chicken cubes. She ran the girls down constantly to Jermaine and Dirk and yet says she has never said anything bad about anyone. The things she said about Jade, before there was any trouble and even while Jade was defending her against her Mother, were disgusting.But she insists she has done nothing. Danielle is on the cover of a magazine already and does not need Shilpa’s help.

To be sucessful you have to be narcissitic and a trait of this type of personality is never taking any responsibility for what you say and your actions, very few successful celebs on these programmes have no empathy for others and are fundamentally selfish and ruthless. That is what is needed for sucess in reality on this type of show.

I totally agree with the two above comments, Shilpa IS NOT A SAINT , the media has her up in the clouds , she is really over the moon it all happened now she is a
millionaire I think she should thank Jade, Jo and Danielle , they were the geese that laid the golden egg
and Shilpa is laughing all the way to the bank. She apparently forgot those chats with Jermaine when she talked against Jade and her mother, selective remembering is all part of the game.

Shilpa never resorted to aggressive behaviour, foul language or detrimental insults. She made a comment about Jades language and rightly so, why should the girl have to listen to such gutter language as Jade was hurlin at her, egged on by the sniggering coward bully supporters Jo and Danielle. Throughout no matter what her opinion of people were Shilpa acted with integrity and dignity,a far cry from those 3 and their appalling bullying.Shilpa is treat with respect outside BECAUSE she acted respectfully and with grace and dignity while she was inside the house. I applaud her 100% Rod.

Well, to be fair the whole thing started with Shilpa’s name and thats it. I don’t see how Shilpa doctored or instigated all that followed and her attempts to pacify things only aggravated. There is nothing apologetic about how she confided with Jermaine and Dirk nor was it offensive or uncalled for. She has the right to choose what she wants to do and I don’t see why she should stand up with Jade Goody in a publicity stunt. The fact that she has reiterated that they are not racist needs a fair acknowledgement, especially when in the court of law they could tried guilty of racism.
Shilpa has been bold enough to face the media and field questions on branding the girls as racist which any non-tolerant individual could have sued the girls for racist behaviour and alleged racism and made a fortune.
Shilpa not taking reponsibility for her actions is probably the height of cynicism given the current context. None of the other girls except for Jo have faced the media and defended themselves.
She is definitely not a saint, she never said that has she? If at all she has been pulled into criticism it is all because of media and people want “constructive discussion” from both sides which I believe is for the sake of it with no substance to have an argument against her.
She was a millionaire a long time ago and Big Brother has brought her back to limelight.

Krishna be fair. We know that Shilpa DID use bad language, we all heard her even though it was heavily editted going by what Dermot said on his BB show. She also made things very unpleasant with her domintating and controlling ways driving people away from her and angry with her. Further, her carrying on about the chicken cubes was ridiculous, just because the girls had used some. They belonged to the house and she carried on AND ON until Jade snapped. She played up to the cameras a lot, thus her upsetting people and then trying to make up with them, damage done. Her beauty and grace are without question but so is her acting ability and playing up to cameras. She possibly played the best game in the house as she knocked out all her competitors. She has now turned on the girls, talk about kicking them when they are down. Did she really expect them to contact her in this climate of things? Why did she not contact them? Now that would have been really kind and more in keeping with the image portrayed when winning BB. Do you not think that saying ‘I wish more women were like me’ a bit overbearing, to say the least. Why should ALL IN the BB house have to account for their words and actions but not Shilpa? She even said Jade did not respect her elders, meaning Dirk when Jade said she thought it childish when he threw away the whisky, but did she respect Jade’s Mom? Getting angry with her for not been able to pronounce her name and yet later practically said Jackiey was mentally deficient.

Krishna , racism is one of the hardest things to prove in court.
In reality shilpa would have had to be murdered by Jade, Danielle and Jo.
With them swearing racist slogans at her while they were doing so.
To prove racism you do have to be Stephen Lawrence, Zahid Mubarak etc ie DEAD.
You would have to prove the person treated you in a certain way because of your ethnc background , not because of a personality clash. THAT IS HARD and people who can prove this don’t make a fortune.
There is a misconception when you go to court , you can make thousands and thousands. NOT TRUE.
In modern Britain , no-one is stupid enough to single you out and blame your ethnic origin as the reason. Especially on national TV. Other excuses are normally found, for negative behaviour or bigotry. Because these reasons are covert, it is virtually impossible to prove someone’s dislike of you is racially motivated.
It doesnt however mean it is not, IT IS JUST DIFFICULT TO PROVE.

SHILPA doesnt have to create a Big DEAL about racism, as others have done it for her. So the debate can rage on without her opinions, So she does have the best of both worlds.
If Jade was more gracious and humble to Shilpa being a visitor to the UK, instead of acting like a NF thug defending their own area or TURF. None of this would have occurred, JADE created a rod for her own back by isolating Shilpa, she has to feel that rod bearing down on her broad scapulae now.
If JADE ever does a programme again I know she will try to include everyone (not just the whites). She will never isolate anyone again, because they are different from her. It is a hard way to learn a lesson , but she wouldnt have learnt it any other way.
Greed and attention seeking led her back into the show and she was so confident that it would work out well she came in with her family.
I hope the £50,000 and the press coverage was worth it.
It did turn out to be her show in the end , but not in the way she imagined. I am glad Leo and Ken left and Lauren and Justin were not in the house.
The set of BB should go the same way as the titanic, floated out to see and sunk for being a true shameful national disaster.

Shilpa is a very easy name to pronounce and only someone mentally deficient and ignorant would not be able to pronounce it.
Shilpa for God sake is speaking fluently in another tongue, in a foreign country and Jackiey cant even pronounce her name. Thats a disgrace. Its one name, for Pete’s sake, not an A’level in Hindi.
How ignorant, arrogant and narcissitic is that !. Talk about supremacy and xenophobia, turning people into mentally abnormal foghorns.
PS I do think she was set up by producers this year who showed her in a more negative light than when she was in BB3 as they were playing the race card. But they didnt force her to go back in with her Klan.

Children should learn to deal with risks and not be overprotected, according to a leading education and business adviser.
Sir Digby Jones, the Government’s “skills envoy”, told The Times that an obsessive “safety first” approach to life left youngsters unprepared for the “big bad world”.
The former CBI chief added:

I think this is the best reality statement I have read in some time.
The world is not equal and when are favourites in life get knocked down thats just tough.
Shilpa is opening a charity to combat Aids in India as a true international star would.
Jade is a white British idiosyncracy which dumbfounds the rest of the world.
She lives in her own country , where she is in the racial majority, she has had positive media attention, money and fame and the best she can do is go back into the programme that brought her to our attention.
Its a bit like Kylie going back to neighbours.
Jade is a woman who has won the lottery, nothing more or less. She’s hit the jackpot and should be content with it. stumbling around trying to make herself into a superstar hasnt worked and will never work.
She should try staying at home and looking after her kids and leave celebrity for those who have genuine talent and something to offer the world. After years in the public eye, we can safely assume we have seen all of Jade Goody and she has no more to offer.
She tried, she had the chances, she had the support, we have watched an waited and there is no secret Shilpa, Madonna, Betty Davis or Meryl Streep in there.
She is no Mrs Gandhi or Mother Teresa.
She isnt even a Mageret Thatcher.
Jade gotlucky. It is the foolish people (mainly women)wanting Jade to remain in the public eye that will ultimately destroy this woman.
Her misguided fans should leave her alone as she is way out of her depth. She has not the talent, skill or ability to become a superstar.
Bigger, Brighter and more talented have fallen by the wayside, so women should let this very very average
woman look after her kids. before she does commit suicide and leaves them motherless.
If women want escapism from their own lives and problems go watch Julia Roberts or Drew Barrymore in a film and give “the personality celebrity” a miss.

Dawn, I just said the girls could have been tried guilty. You may be right as it could be difficult to prove. It would have been no ordinary trial with the backing from India. British Politics and BBC wouldn’t be talking about cash for honours, climate change or Iraq war anymore…
As for making a fortune an out of court settlement could do for a star with celebrity status and fan following.

Evelyn if you want to help Jade look up Narcissitic Personality Disorder. If I was Jade’s friend I would tell her she probably has this.
Instead of making excuses for her behaviour, she needs psychiatric help.
She is grandiose without achievement
She lacks empathy
She feels she can treat others like dirt
She thinks people are jealous of her status and position, so feels easily threatened.
She surrounds herself with groups of people who make her feel better about herself.
She ticks all the boxes. By justifying her ridiculous behaviour, you in the longterm will be her downfall.
She is currently a horrible, ignorant person at the and only by telling her this can she do something about it. justifying anti-social behaviour and supporting it is a reckless approach.
I hate the person called Jade Goody , but feel empathy for her as a living being. So she should get help for herself, the behaviour i witnessed was abnormal and I think if one of your children behaved the way Jade Goody does you would be deeply concerned as a mother.
You wouldnt encourage it , this is a big world and that behaviour is unacceptable regardless of skin colour and nationality.
If she doesnt get help she will continue to repeat the same behaviour and is ultimately doomed.
Your loyalities to white women are misguided and reckless. Stating people are lovely and respected when in fact they are hid,eous, grotesque specimens is no motivation for them to change or seek help.

I sometimes think a narcissist is someone who is not human, but who looks human and acts human, an alien from outer-space, or a spoiled child, or a crazy person (crazy like a fox). Some alien race has snatched the humanity from the narcisisst, leaving an empty husk that tries its best to act human.
If you make the mistake of thinking they are normal human beings then you will remain their victim. Psychopaths are more dangerous but not as insidious as a narcissist.
Narcissists are great actors. If you walk into a bar, can you tell who is the social drinker and who is the alcoholic? Narcissists blend in. They range in age and gender and nationality and intelligence; some are more harmful than others, some are even good. They all have DSM IV characteristics.
Narcissists even try to feign humility, pain or ignorance , but this is just a way to get sympathy and manipulate.

Jade’s Narcissitic Personality makes her a racist. So she should be looking to sort out her Narcissitic behaviour and she will be able to deal with her bigotry ( if thats possible)

Chantelle was also Narcissitic but had possessed true
empathy and didnt fly into rages making her harmless.
The ones who lack empathy ,have rages, become aggressive and display child-like behaviour are the most problematic and this behaviour certainly shouldnt be rewarded or classed as funny or entertaining, that sort of thinking is ignorant,naive, illogical and dangerous.
