Celebrity Big Brother housemate Stephanie Beacham has admitted that she has been forced to make personal sacrifices for her career in the past.

In a chat with Vinnie Jones last night the former Coronation Street actress and mother of two admitted:

“I’ve led a very male life.

“I can cope with work and children OR a marriage and children … But I couldn’t do work, a new husband and children.”

Vinnie asked: “What would suit you now?”

“I’m really rather happy,” replied Stephanie.

“I have fabulous gay friends I could live with in Houston if I want companionship.”
