Heidi Fleiss will reportedly miss her own brother’s funeral, because she decided to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house. Does anyone else find that more than a little strange?

Jason, the brother of the former Hollywood madam reportedly drowned last week, while on holiday in Hawaii over the New Year. He was swimming with his and Heidi’s other brother, who was luckily saved by a passing surfer.

Heidi’s partner Dennis Hof, persuaded her to continue with the Channel 4 reality TV show and told The Sun: “Heidi was so devastated she almost pulled out of Celebrity Big Brother.

“She said, ‘I loved Jason. I don’t want to be disrespectful to him.’ I told her she needed to get away and stay busy so she does not have time to dwell on this awful thing.”
