It seems Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino filed a lawsuit from inside the Celebrity Big Brother house!

Last Friday The New York post reported a story that seems to reveal Mike the Situation, who then was still in the Big Brother house, might have been lying about his vast fortune.

The American reality TV star is strapped for cash it would seem and allegedly charges $30,000 every time he appears in a Las Vegas night club, and now he’s suing promotions company Diversified Entertainment for stiffing him out of a hefty $60K, according to TMZ.

The site claims that Sorrentino filed the suit in Miami after inking a deal to make three appearances at Las Vegas nightclubs Chateau and Gallery by the end of June.

The suit alleges that he was to get paid the full amount even if the club decided not to use him. The reality personality claims the club only called him in once before June 30 and paid him $30k. The Situation is now suing for the balance—$60,000.

The NY Post said: “With “Jersey Shore” in its final season, the stars have to pay their bills somehow.”

Interestingly the suit was filed while Mike was still in the house: was he able to have business talks during the show? Leave your comments below…
