Ab Fab actress Joanna Lumley has admitted that she is desperate to appear on Channel 4′s Celebrity Big Brother.

Joanna told The Daily Telegraph she had been “beating at the doors” of CBB bosses. She said that she was particluarly keen to join the show after the appearance of Dynasty actress Stephanie Beacham this year.

She said: “Maybe the time will come and they will weaken. They will get on to the Z list and I will be there.”

Has no one told her that this is the final series?
