Kerry Katona is reportedly on the brink of bankruptcy once more.

The mum of four has appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and Dancing On Ice in the last year alone and has appeared in dozens of magazine spreads. However, she has burned through all her cash once more it has been reported and insiders say Katona is struggling to raise the cash to pay a £70,000 tax bill, due at the end of this month.

On top of her whopping tax bill, Kerry reportedly owes her old management company ‘Can Associates’ £350,000 in fees, after they parted ways last summer. Sources say that despite the bad feeling between them, Kerry has even met with her old manager Claire Powell to try and sort the mess out and arrange extra time to pay.

A source told The Sun: “She’s skint yet again. She’s in a mess and doesn’t know what to do. She needs to sort it out — and fast.”

It;’s a familiar story for Kerry as in August 2008, she was declared bankrupt at the High Court in London after failing to pay the final £82,000 of a £417,000 tax bill.

Things didn’t look good for the former singer as due to her drug use and public meltdowns, she went on to lose her Iceland contract, her magazine column, and her MTV shows. In December 2009, she received a repossession order on her £1.5 million home, having not paid her mortgage in months.

Looks like things may be heading that way again!
