Shilpa Shetty has flew back to England with the express intention of trying to help Jo O’Meara, who is said to be almost suicidal since the end of Celebrity Big Brother 2007. But Shilpa is having a hard time finding Jo and has not been able to locate her since her return.

“Shilpa has not been able to speak to Jo and we would urge her to get in touch as soon as possible,” Shetty’s spokesman explained. “Shilpa would really like to see her before she flies back to India next week.

“She wants Jo to know the door is open for her and she wants to help get her sorted and put all this behind her. So we want her to give us a call.”

A source close to O’Meara told the Daily Star: “Jo is still very fragile and we think she needs to get herself sorted before she sees anyone from that dreaded show. We’re worried that if she meets up with Cleo or Shilpa or Dani in her current state it might trigger all the bad memories again and set her back – even though they are her friends.”
