Celebrity Big Brother housemate Vinnie Jones has admitted that he decided to take part in the show, so that people can make up their own minds about him.

In a chat with his fellow housemates last night Jones said:

“There’s a few people out there that have said things about me, this, that and the other which people can only believe because they haven’t had three weeks to scrutinise me. Now, make your own decision. I’m not acting, this is me”.

“To get awareness of Help for Heroes is another reason” Vinnie added.

Our favourite part of the conversation was when Dane tried to muscle in and claim that he hoped to put rumours to bed with his appearance too. Jones responded by saying:

“You’ve had it for 6 months, I’ve put up with it for 20 years!”

Dane looked very put out and tried to claim that he’s actually been famous for 10 years now! He’s no newbie you know.
