Dancing On Ice contestant Coleen Nolan has offered a few words of advice to troubled reality TV star, Kerry Katona.

The Loose Women panellist has starred in a number of Iceland advertisements with Kerry and in a recent magazine interview said that she needs to take a good look at the people around her and adopt a more positive attitude to her fame.

Speaking to Take 5 magazine, Nolan said: “Pat yourself on the back that you’ve come through all the stuff that happened to you as a kid, move on and starting appreciating the opportunities you’ve been given.

“Take a good look at everyone around you and see who you need and who you don’t.”

Good advice Coleen! I just hope that Kerry takes note…..maybe even gets rid of that creepy husband of hers.
