firstly I think they should audition celebs to make sure they can meet a standard , both Coleen and Todd were hopeless from the outset.I dont only mean can they “skate” , I mean physical fitness and weight, goodness knows how coleens partner ever lifted her, he ought to be the one complaining of injury!!
Then the voting system should change so the lowest voted by the judges in in the skate off with the lowest public voted, if its the same person, second lowest. That way the public still have an input but the weak skaters go first. Then if someone cant complete the required element they should be disqualified! It was a disgrace that coleen didnt complete hers last week and yet still sailed thru! Thank GOODNESS she has finally gone but lets hope the producers learn from this fiasco!

If they do another series of Dancing on Ice maybe they can learn from the furore of this series and change the voting system. Instead of asking people to vote for their favourite celebrity, why not ask them to vote for who they thought gave the best performance. Hopefully that way the weaker skaters will be eliminated earlier. Whatever system is put in place it will probably cause controversy at some point.

Yes, Lisa, I agree with u, she still can’t skate.
She should have left ages ago, but it is not her fault, because people kept voting for her.

A massive WELL DONE to Coleen for getting as far as she did! I think she is an awesome woman!! Every week she went out on that Ice and did her best! It just goes to show thst almost anything can be acheived if you put your mind to it and she certainly did that. YOU GO GIRL!!!

Coleen deserves to be commended for making the effort to take part in the semi-finals and she gave a good performance considering the circumstances. At last the voting was “right” I thought Jessica’s performance was very elegant and graceful. I would imagine her Bolero routine would be just as graceful.
