Former X factor competitor, Ray Quinn has said that he is fully prepared for the camp costumes he will wear on this years series of Dancing On Ice on ITV1.

Speaking to the Daily Record, Quinn joked: “Give me pink and give me diamonds and I’m glamorous, baby. Call me Jordan.

“I’m embracing the campness. Give me a bit of yellow and a bit of pink and a bit of sparkle. I will stop at a certain point but I’m quite comfortable with my sexuality.”

Quinn is actively trying to boost his strength and physique for his stint on the show. He said:

“I’m trying to get myself strong, although I do know how to lift a girl from my dancing days and have never dropped anyone. And I’ve been to the gym,” he said.

“I’m not a rippling Ray yet but if I could keep at it, I might get a sixpack and you might get to see it. The training has given me tight buns already.”
