Hayley Tamaddon may see her dream of winning Dancing On Ice snatched away, after she sustained yet another injury.

The former Emmerdale actress was the bookies favourite to win the ITV skating show but may have to miss this week’s semi-final due to a suspected cracked rib.

Hayley told The Sun:

“I’m shattered and have a crazy week ahead and I’m struggling with my rib injury. Must rest.”

An insider added:

“All the muscles around her ribs have gone into spasm.

“Dan wrapping his arms around her for the trickier moves has aggravated it.”

Judge Jason Gardiner yesterday issued a warning to Hayley, saying that Danniella Westbrook may be a surprise contender to win the show. But the insider said: “Hayley’s so relieved to still be in the competition. She’s a trouper and won’t let it affect her.”
