Dancing On Ice bosses have warned the stars lined up for next year’s series, not to over indulge this festive season.

The show kicks off on ITV in January and celebrities such as Heather Mills, Daniella Westbrook and Sinitta have been warned to maintain their fitness levels and steer clear of the junk over their Christmas break.

A show insider told the Daily Star: “It’s always difficult for the stars because they want to cut loose and stuff their faces like the rest of the nation.

“But they have to be seriously strict with their diet if they want to maintain the fitness levels they have built up during early training for the show.

“So that means no mince pies or second helpings of Christmas cake.”
