Charlene Tilton appeared on Lorraine this morning, with her Dancing On Ice partner Matthew Gonzalez and revealed that we can look forward to a bit of a surprise on this weekend’s live show.

The former Dallas actress and her American pal couldn’t give away all the details of the event, but Matt teased viewers saying:

We are really excited about this weekend, it’s something very exciting and something a lot of fun for the both of us. I would defeinitely say you want to tune in.

It’s all about pop tunes but we are very excited.

Charlene found herself in the skate off for the second time last weekend and narrowly avoided elimination, when up against Lost Boys star Corey Feldman.

However, she isn’t letting her time at the bottom get her down and giggling throughout the interview, the bubbly blonde told Lorraine Kelly:

We have now decided that I am the expert at being in the skate off, we’re going to just have a good time with it.

One of the best things about working on Dancing On Ice for Tilton, is getting to spend time with Olympic champions Torvill and Dean.

“I have to give props to Christopher and Jayne. Torvill and Dean,” she added. “I get tongue tied when I’m with them. I am in the presence of genius. When they get on the ice, it’s so magical. They conduct themselves with the most gentle humility.”

And Matthew had some words of praise for his partner, telling Lorraine:

“She’s just so determined out there, every week she gives it her best and pushes herself.”
