Dancing On Ice stars have been refusing to wear green costumes on the show, for fear that it will get them evicted.

Both Graeme Le Saux and Jeremy Edwards wore green on the nights they were sent home from the show, now the contestants see it as a bad luck charm.

But a show source told The Sun: “Everyone’s costumes have been made in advance and we can’t scrap them. From next week they will have to wear what we give them.

“The costume department are even calling it aqua or mint — and not the dreaded G word. It’s ridiculous.”

The superstitious bunch are even refusing to use dressing room 13, after the show started with 13 celebs for the first time ever.

The insider added: “It all sounds bizarre, but they have worked hard and are doing everything they can to avoid the chop.”
