Dancing On Ice contestant Coleen Nolan has assured viewers that she will skate this weekend if at all possible, despite her recent injury.

Coleen dislocated a rib last week, the rib consequently pressed into a spinal disc leaving the Loose Woman in extreme pain.

Nolan told The Mirror: “I had never been in so much pain in my life. It was excruciating – even worse than childbirth. And I knew it was serious.

“There has been some improvement in my mobility and now they’re saying I’ve got a 50/50 chance of getting back on the ice.

“I’m desperate to skate again. I feel I owe it to people who have voted for me to keep going. I’ve fought to be there and I will carry on fighting so long as it is physically possible.”
