Corey Feldman revealed this week that he recently considered leaving Dancing On Ice, because the judges have been so harsh towards him and refused to acknowledge the injuries he has sustained during training.

We bet when he heard about this week’s twist he came ever closer to quitting and disappearing home to The States.

As part of the big surprise for this Sunday’s live show, each couple were teamed with another pair and told they would be competing in an on ice duel with their new rivals. Decisions on who skated against who were based on last week’s judges’ scores and the Stand By Me actor found himself up against champion skier Chemmy Alcott.

We think that this was probably the least fair pairing, as Chemmy scored way below her ability last Sunday, due to her failed life, but she generally has more skating talent than Corey and is definitely more steady on the ice.

In rehearsals, Corey was seen throwing his toys put of the pram and threw a strop with his poor partner Brooke Castile. He told her her energy was very ‘negative’ when she tried to teach him the moves and then he stormed off the ice.

Tonight, the pairs skated to Paula Abdul’s ‘Opposites Attract’ and relations between Feldman and his partner seemed to have improved. He started with some strange dance moves and even stranger facial expressions, however he did smile at Brooke a lot which had to be an improvement. His skating was bad though…very jerky and it didn’t flow well at all.

Chemmy on the other hand was fluid on the ice and looked much more secure in her footing. Katarina may think she is ‘too big’ for lifts but she did manage some more minor ones tonight. She took on the dance steps well too and we think it was pretty clear cut by the end of the routine that this evening, Alcott was the champion.

ROBIN COUSINS: Corey if attracts it works, keep at it. Chemmy you were sassy, I give immunity to Chemmy.

LOUIE SPENCE: Corey there was more dance moves this week and it was great to see there out there on your own. Chemmy you are always a power house which I love and you gave me great straight legs in that lift. I will give immunity to Chemmy.

KATARINA WITT: Corey I know it’s tough to come back so congratulations, this was your best performance. It was a big step in the right direction. Chemmy I’m so happy you used your physical strength and energy and even did a whole entire pair spin. The couple I am awarding immunity to is Chemmy.
