Dancing On Ice judge, Jason Gardiner has revealed that he is starting to be swayed by the appeal of contestant Todd Carty.

The caustic tongued judge may have been hard on Todd for the first few weeks but says that now he is starting to understand why the British public are behind him.

Gardiner told The Sun: “As much as I cringe, he’s a crowd pleaser.

“I’m coming to understand — although it’s taken me four series — that actually we all like to have a good laugh at somebody.

“He does go out there and commits to his routine — it’s just uncomfortable that his best is not that good.”
