Suzanne Shaw doesn’t think Hayley Tamaddon stands a chance of winning this year’s series of Dancing On Ice, according to The Daily Star.
The former Emmerdale actress was previously a front runner on the ITV show, believed to be the only real competition for bookies’ favourite Ray Quinn, until she was eliminated on Sunday night’s show.
Suzanne and her partner Matt Evers were voted off the series at the weekend, after finding themselves in the skate off against former winner Kyran Bracken, and now she’s been opening up on who she thinks will win the all star run.
Hayley may have triumphed previously, but Shaw doesn’t think she can repeat the victory, because her skating just isn’t good enough.
This weekend Tamaddon will perform alone in a solo skate, without the support of her partner Dan Whiston and Suzanne thinks she will be left exposed.
She told The Daily Star:
“Hayley is amazing with her performance but she’s not a great skater, there’s not the full package there.”
Shaw revealed that when they performed together in group performances she was asking for ‘harder tricks’ while Hayley preferred dance breaks.
The blonde beauty insisted that her pal needs to start working on her ‘jumps and spin’ if she hopes to make it to the final.
It sounds like Hayley has been taking Suze’s advice as she told her Twitter fans last night that she’s been working hard on her solo skills.
The actress tweeted:
“Just got back for skating.. A very productive night.. Working hard to improve my solo skating. It’s a fab routine.great music and character!”
“Sleep now… As I’m back at the rink in 6 hours! Ha! Gotta put the hours in if I wanna do well right?! Whose with me?!;) #fighter xx”
