How Amazing Was Ray Quinn On Dancing On Ice Tonight?
Ray Quinn stepped onto the Dancing On Ice rink tonight and just blew everyone away.
He was up at the level that Chris Fountain started at last year and Chris had plenty of previous experience which Ray is lacking. Ray is a dancer and a singer by trade but tonight, watching his routine you could have been fooled into thinking he had been ice skating for years.
Ray even impressed the hard nosed Jason Gardiner who awarded him a 4.5 before saying:
“Wow, thank goodness we have somebody in the competition who’s brilliant. You have everything we would expect to see from a finalist. Heaven forbid you don’t break anything you will go all the way in this competition I can not wait see you every week perform.”
I predict Ray will be in the final this year, but I bet that at this stage the bookies won’t be offering great odds. He is bound to be almost guaranteed a top spot.

He was amazing and a pleasure to watch. I hope there are some good skaters in the girls to give him a bit of competition as this will make it a bit more interesting.

I just thought i would voice my opinion on Ray Quinn in Dancing on Ice,
now we all have realized that he is a good skater and that he cannot be compared to the other contestants! Now my only problem with this its called dancing on ice and i know that ice skating is different from dancing, trust me i know iam a pro dancer myself, but Ray was on west end in grease, and clearly has had dance training in the past, on a professional level, also i hear that he is a latin american ballroom champion!! So ask yourslef ofcourse he would be good!! To make my point clear more, you would put Gordon Ramsey on Celebrity Come Dine with me!!! So i think its unfair and a complete scam that he is allowed to do the show to build up his career! as clearly he has a huge advantage!!
Plus its much more of an huge experience and journey for the other contestants because they are working harder than ever!!
So i hope that contestants like Coleen Nolan put their all in as more often than not people want to see people worthy of winning a show like this. Not when they have about 5-6 years pro experience on some level for thid show..

Hi I just wanted to reply to the comments mkmcstan has made, I don’t think it says in the rules that you cannot have dancing experience, as 1/2 years ago bonny langford was on the show, I know you cannot be a pro skater that would not be fair, and Ray said at the beginning that he had on been on the ice a few times, and his dancing has hindered his skating, I think the girl off liberty x would have had some sort of dance training, so I think your being a bit unfair to ray, its not rays fault that he can express him self well, I think he has worked just as much as the other contender,

omfg ray quinn is such a fab skater and so glad he won dancing on ice . who ever disses him av gots some screws loose because he is fab and i look him up on google every day nd i even have a piccie of him on my phone im obsessed . cant wait to see ray quinn in some new stuff on tellie i hope he is on some it would make me feel great .I Hope that this isnt the last time you hear bout ray because he is brillz and shud be on a show like eastenders .
